JASON KEIGHER CSCS, CPT, PES, CES, Boot Camp Instructor
Jason began his fitness career ten years ago with Equinox Fitness Clubs and spent over five years employed as a personal trainer at Reebok Sports Club/NY. Jason graduated Magna Cum Laude from Touro College in 1998 with a bachelor’s of science degree.
Jason is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS); by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor; as well as by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist (CES) and performance enhancement specialist (PES).
Additionally, Jason is certified by The Sports Club/LA as a pre/post natal and integrated flexibility specialist. Jason is also a certified Kettlebell Level two instructor; a TRX suspension training specialist; a Power Plate and Tupler Technique (pre/post natal) instructor. Jason has earned his CPR and AED certifications from the American Heart Association.
Jason’s specialties include boot camp workouts, kettlebell training, weight loss/gain, body toning, shaping, strength and flexibility training, postural correction, core strengthening and pre/post natal workouts. He is available for boot camps, workshops and personal training in your home, office, park or gym throughout New York City.

AUSAR PAUMAMK’I is a certified personal trainer since 2006. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science. Ausar has worked at many gyms around New York City and has been successful in improving the health and wellness of many individuals from adolescents to the adults. Ausar is currently attending Tri-State College of Acupuncture and studying Traditional Chinese Medicine. He is a Qi Gong instructor as well as personal trainer and takes an holistic approach to health. He has been certified by NASM.

GEORGE MONTERO is a retired NYS Trooper. In 2003 he attended The Swedish Massage Institute, receiving his certificate in massage in 2004. He was licensed that same year. In 2005 George enrolled in Muscle Activation Techniques. MAT is a unique bodywork program based out of Denver, Co. The program consists of eight extended weekends spread out over ten months. George became a MAT certified specialist in 2006. In 2006 and 2007 George also attended Resistance Training Specialist courses in Oklahoma City. George is also a graduate of The Swedish Institutes advanced personal training program. He received his certificate in 2009, along with being nationally certified by both ACE and NSCA in personal training. George is also a second level kettlebell instructor for Kettlebell Concepts. George has spent a lifetime in gyms around the world. His passion is helping people achieve their goals.
