ABOUT MANHATTAN BOOT CAMP
Manhattan Boot Camp is a six week outdoor group fitness program located on the Upper East Side and Upper West Side of Central Park, in Riverside Park and downtown in Battery Park.
Manhattan Boot Camp offers fitness assessments, nutrition counseling, motivational instruction and fitness training.
Each class is filled with fun and challenging activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals.
Whether you are a beginner or an avid fitness enthusiast, Manhattan Boot Camp will help you lose fat, gain muscle, reduce stress and increase your strength and flexibility.
Our boot camp fitness trainers will provide you with the guidance and knowledge you need to achieve the results you desire!
The Manhattan Boot Camp Program includes:
- Resistance training with bands and tubes
- Speed, agility and quickness drills
- Calisthenics and jumping rope
- Running, walking and stair climbing
- Wind sprints and group drills
- Ab and all around core training
- Flexibility training and stretching

What is the sign up process?
Go to the contact page and fill out the form. After submitting the form we’ll contact you to schedule your classes.
How much does boot camp cost?
$499 for 18 classes during a 6 week session.
What kinds of people go to camp?
Manhattan Boot Camp is designed for people of all fitness levels. You don’t have to be fit to start. If you are recovering from an injury or have a special medical condition we may require you to contact your doctor for a medical clearance.
Where and when do we meet you for each class?
- Central Park boot camp on the Upper West Side meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 6am and 7am just inside the 81st street entrance to Central Park at 81st Street and Central Park West.
- Riverside Park boot camp meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 9am in Riverside Park at 72nd Street.
- Central Park boot camp on the Upper East Side meets Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings at 6am and 7am near the main entrance to the Reservoir at 90th Street and 5th Ave directly across from the Engineer’s (or, more commonly, Runner’s) Gate.
- Battery Park boot camp meets Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings at 9am in Battery Park near Warren Street.
What do I need to bring to camp?
You will need to bring running shoes, workout towel, exercise mat, one pair of 5-8lbs hand weights and lots of water.
What about bad weather?
In the event of severe thunderstorms or lightning, boot camp classes will be cancelled. We run classes in the rain, snow, heat or cold, so dress appropriately!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and checks.
Is there a refund policy?
If you are unable to attend camp because of a medical issue we will give you credit towards another boot camp run by the same instructor. This credit is nontransferable, and must be used within 6 months with the same instructor. There is no cash refund. This is not negotiable.
