BOOT CAMPS WILL BE HELD AT TWO LOCATIONS:
Dakota Personal Training and Pilates located 132 West 73rd St. New York, NY between Amsterdam and Columbus. Accessible by the A, B, C, 1, 2, and 3 trains.
Class Times- Monday Wednesday Friday @ 6:00am-& 7:55am.
Starting January 2nd. Last Day to Join January 9th. Duration -Boot Camp last for SIX WEEKS. Those who begin on the 9th will continue to February 17th.
Class Size- is held to a maximum of 4 people.
Amenities- Towel Service and Mats are available at No Additional Fee.
TS FITNESS - located 353 E 58th St between 1st and 2nd Ave. Accessible by N,Q,R,4,5 and 6 trains.
Class Times- Monday Wednesday Friday @ 730am-8:25am. Starting January 9th.
Duration- Boot Camp last for SIX WEEKS.
Class Size- is held to a 5 person maximum.
Amenities- Towel Service and Mats are available at No Additional Fee.
